One of the great challenges in pipeline transportation heavy crude oil is effect viscosity on flow rate. By using reduction techniques, ability can be enhanced. However, dual dilution and electric fields still not well addressed. The main goal this study to reduce improve rate through pipelines techniques electrical field dilution. optimization technique was used investigate interaction effects experimental variables objective function. As compared treated solely by or field, treatment could result more substantial reductions viscosity. In experiment, at first, dilution's impact studied. Acetone as a diluent different concentrations. about 21.98% when adding 20 wt. % acetone. Secondly, has been studied, 35.6% observed 36.67(v/cm) applied. Lastly, combined (dilution field) investigated according factorial design. optimum 61.856% 11 acetone 36.67 (v/cm) field.
